Airport curfews: Stage 2 jets are restricted from operating between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am Standard Pacific Time. Aircraft exceeding weight and balance limits will be fined a maximum of $3814. John Wayne/Orange County (SNA)

John Wayne/Orange County (SNA)
Noise limits: The 3 Noise Monitoring Stations closest to the airport have SENEL limits of 101.8, 101.1, and 100.7 dBA. Violation notices will be issued to the registered owner of the aircraft. Notices apply to the owner, operator, and aircraft, and remain in effect for three years. Long Beach (LGB)

Naples Municipal (APF)

Naples Municipal (APF)
Ban on all Stage 2 aircraft.
Airport curfews: Voluntary between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am Local Time. Airport Security monitors all arrivals and departures and provides a listing of the aircraft registration numbers to the Noise Abatement Office. Naples is an extremely motivated and noise-sensitive community that aggressively demands enforcement of noise restrictions and encourages compliance with its curfew. All jet aircraft are requested to use NBAA noise abatement procedures. Santa Monica (SMO)

Santa Monica (SMO)
Night departure/arrival curfews: No takeoffs are permitted between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am weekdays, 11:00 pm and 8:00 am weekends. Curfew violators are subject to misdemeanor criminal prosecution and $2,000 fine. Night arrival curfew voluntary. Noise limits: As a result of an agreement between the City of Santa Monica and the FAA, an Airport Ordinance was established, setting a maximum noise level of 95.0 dBA SENEL measured at sites 1500 feet from each end of the airport. Teterboro (TEB)

Teterboro (TEB)
Noise limits: Noise violations are issued to aircraft that on departure exceed the applicable noise limit by 1 dBA. The limits are 80 dBA between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, and 90 dBA daytime for Runway 24. 95dBA at all times for Runways 1, 19, and 6. A violation lasts for two years. If an aircraft receives three violations in a two-year period if will be permanently banned from the airport. Van Nuys (VNY)

Van Nuys (VNY) - QS3 Approved for 24-hour Operations
Airport curfew: No departures for Stage 2 jets that generate a noise level equal to or above 74 dBA between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. Violators of the ordinance will pay civil penalties, which range from $750 for the first violation to $3500 for the third violation. Aspen-Pitkin County (ASE)

Aspen Pitkin County (ASE)
Airport Curfews: airport is closed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Stage 2/3 aircraft can only operate from 7:00 AM to 30 minutes after sun set. No departures after 10:30 local time. Jackson Hole (JAC)
Airport Curfews: Voluntary; no landing between 11:30 pm and 6:00 am, no takeoff between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am local time. SENEL limit is 92 dBA, any aircraft exceeding that is not permitted. Lake Tahoe (TVL)

Lake Tahoe (TVL)
Airport Curfews: Noise level limit of 84 dBA Lmax on arrival and 80 dBA Lmax on departure during the day (8:00 am to 8:00 pm) and nighttime (8:00 pm to 8:00 am) limit of 77.1 dBA. Measurement is determined by monitors placed under the arrival and departure patterns set at FAR 36 locations. Private Jets Single Event Monitoring: 1st offense- $1000 fine or ban (waived if during noise testing). 2nd offense- $5000 fine or ban. Subsequent offenses- $2500 fine or ban. Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA)

Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA)
Airport Curfews: Operation of aircraft between 9:59 pm and 7:00 am is not allowed if the estimated noise levels for the aircraft (as specified by the FAA with Part 36 of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations) exceed 85 dBA for arrival and 72 dBA for departure. No adjustment for gross weight will be allowed. Arrivals scheduled to land before 10:00 pm and which are cleared for final approach before 10:30 pm aren’t held to the noise limit above. A violation of the nighttime noise limits will result in a civil penalty of up to $5000 for each violation. Airport Contact: Neal H. San Diego International (SAN)

San Diego International (SAN)
Airport Curfews: All takeoffs prohibited from 11:30 pm to 6:30 am. For non Stage 3 aircraft, takeoffs are prohibited from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Violations will be penalized with a $2000 fine for the first infraction in a violation period (6 calendar months), $6000 fine for the second, an $10000 for the third. Stansted (STN)

Stansted (STN)
Noise Limits: From 7:00am to 11:00pm, departure noise levels must be 94 dBA or below. Exceeding the limit will result in a fine of £1000 for infractions up to 3 dBA over the limit. Over 3 dB, a fine of £250 per dBA or part dBA will be incurred. From 11:00pm to 11:29pm and 6:00am to7:00am, departure noise levels must not exceed the night shoulder period of 89 dB.Violating the noise limit will result in a fine of £1000 for infractions up to 3 dBA over the limit. A penalty of £1,000 per dBA or part dBA will be enforced for any infractions over the margin of 3dBA. Airport Curfew: For Stage 2 Jets, arrivals are prohibited from 11:30pm to 7:00am, and departures are prohibited from 11:00pm to 7:00am.
